iPhone/iPad Apps, Data, & Me
I have been work for the last few months on a iPhone/iPad app that will use a HUGE set of data.
The main problem that I have run into at this point is the data. Just getting it to the app has been my biggest issue.
While I think Core Data is probably the preferred way to get the data into the app I am beginning to think that the way I want to set things up it maybe easier to use SQLite and access the data that way.
I am not going to get too geeky and nerdy here. I don’t think that the people who read my musings here are big techie type people so I will spare them.
I just want to figure out what is going to work best and go with.
I just really want to get the app and into the world. I really want to see how much business I can do with it.
Not that getting the data issue solved is the end of the problems. I also still need to figure out some graphic issues and make a few decisions on the iPad side of things too.
